Shipping policy

Mums R Us & Moore uses UPS and USPS shipping as its shipping carriers of choice. During the months of November-July, Mums R Us & More completes orders weekly and all orders placed by 6 PM Friday will be shipped on the Saturday of that week. During Homecoming season(August 1st-October 31st) shipments are completed daily with orders placed before 6pm being shipped next day. Due to this, it is imperative to place orders in a timely fashion to ensure you receive your product in the time you require it. If you do not receive your order in time, refunds will still NOT be allowed. Imprint ribbon is excluded from same week shipping, the wait time for printed ribbon is on average 2 months due to production time but check product page for up to date processing times. All orders are shipped once all items in the order are completed unless a split shipment is requested. Additional charges may apply for split shipments. 

Once your order has shipped it is then in the hands of USPS or UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you and can be found under your account. Please track your order before contacting us. Questions about shipments made should be directed to USPS or  UPS.
